A one-day, five-point workshop series designed to help you catch up on CPD points and meet any obligations you may have missed before the CPD deadline on 31 March 2023!
Although we vehemently assert that CPD should never be a box-ticking exercise, we also understand that the best laid plans can go awry … or self-combust … and all of a sudden March is upon us and you’ve only got half the CPD points you need. This workshop series will (hopefully) give you those points as well as challenging you with different perspectives and new ideas about immigration law.
What, when and where?
All workshops are held via zoom. You’ll note the timings – mostly within school hours. We understand the challenges of finding good CPD that fits within the school drop off and pick up requirements and we’ve done our best to ensure that all lawyers and migration agents can attend. Invitations and course materials will be e-mailed before the commencement of each workshop.
I am a lawyer. Can I claim CPD points?
All workshops are approved as Category A workshops through the OMARA. You may be able to claim CPD points towards your legal practicing certificate for attendance and participation (excluding WA).
Chapagain Stewart Training cannot take responsibility for your assessment of appropriate CPD activities. Accordingly, the suggested categories below are a guide only. Your CPD obligations are your responsibility, as they are tailored to your individual legal practice, knowledge and experience.
