NEW CODE OF CONDUCT!!
The Migration (Migration Agents Code of Conduct) Regulations 2021 was gazetted on 16 December 2021 and will come into effect on 1 March 2022.
- What does this mean with respect to your ethical obligations to your clients, your staff and the Department / Tribunal?
- What has changed? What is the same?
- Does it make a difference that the Code of Conduct is now its own piece of legislation?
- Why is there a 40-page explanatory memorandum to these Regulations?
Chapagain Stewart Training is holding a 2-hour workshop on Tuesday 25 January 2022 to answer these questions and more. Having been involved in the consultation processduring the drafting of these Regulations, Lauri Stewart will guide you through the Code of Conduct and explanatory memorandum to ensure that you are fully aware of your ethical obligations before the new Code commences on 1 March 2022.
