The small print
Places are limited to 30 people per workshop.
Attendees must attend at least 75% of the workshop to be eligible to claim points and (upon direction from the OMARA) are required to actively participate in workshop discussion.
You can claim up to 10 pointsfrom these workshops. CST will report your attendance to the OMARA but is not responsible for ensuring you are eligible to claim the points you earn. The “Lawyer CPD” points are a suggestion only; and may not be consistent with the requirements of your registration authority.
Once paid, refunds are available at the discretion of CST, only under exceptional circumstances.
