Any person who has shared log in details with another person who has not separately registered will not be admitted to the workshops.
If you do not attend at least 75% of the workshop, you cannot be allocated points for this activity. Refunds or make up classes are at the discretion of Chapagain Stewart Training in the event that you fail to attend a workshop, or a portion of a workshop.
* CPD Classification is a suggestion only and refers to the Legal Profession Uniform Continuing Professional Development (Solicitors) Rules 2015 as applied in Victoria. Lawyers should double-check their eligibility to claim CPD points with their state association. Chapagain Stewart Training bears no responsibility for incorrectly claimed CPD points with your own association body or Legal Services Board.
